Build the relationship
Your first 20-minute video session is FREE as it allows you to feel confident in your relationship with me as your therapist. This will allow us to move forward together in our sessions. At this point we can learn more about your personal objectives and how you’ve been feeling, so we can prepare for our main sessions
Meaningful Therapy begins
An hour together allows you time to share in detail your concerns, needs and desires and allows me to absorb, understand and set goals with you to work through between sessions. This keeps you motivated and self-reliant, rather than feeling like you need us to be there for you, we give you back your confidence to live your life. Realise your strength and power together.
